Terms of Use
1. Laser Range Subscription
- The Laser Range Subscription is available on a monthly basis and is valid for two (2) individuals per subscription.
- Subscribers can use the laser range during open hours, with unlimited access for the duration of their active subscription.
- To cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle via phone call or email. All cancellations must be communicated directly with Mike for proper processing.
- Late notifications (less than 48 hours) may result in one additional billing cycle before cancellation takes effect.
2. Refund & Return Policy
a) Training Classes
- We offer a 90-day class guarantee. If you miss your scheduled class, you have 90 days from the original date to reschedule and attend a future class at no extra charge.
b) Firearm Purchases
- Once a firearm is purchased and you have completed the background check and left the premises, the firearm is considered used.
- We do not offer refunds on firearms once the sale is complete and the item has left the store.
- However, we may consider buying the firearm back, depending on the current market value and condition. Buy-back offers are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. General Terms
- All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Customers are expected to comply with all federal and state laws related to firearms, safety, and training.
- FSAT reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies or engaging in unsafe behavior.
